Dealer Movements
Dealers move vehicles constantly: stock between sites, cars out to customers, part-exchanges back in. We handle that movement on a flatbed, so the vehicle arrives without adding delivery mileage or road risk.
What we move for dealers
- Stock transfers between branches or storage sites
- Customer deliveries, including handovers at a home address
- Part-exchange collections, running or otherwise
- Vehicles in and out of preparation, valeting or bodyshops
- Auction and trade purchases brought back to the forecourt
- Non-runners and unsold stock being cleared
Why transported rather than driven
Driving stock between sites puts miles on the clock, fuel in the tank and a driver on the road. On a low-mileage or high-value car those added miles come straight off what it is worth.
Transported vehicles arrive with the same mileage they left with, no stone chips from a motorway run, and no exposure to a collision with your stock and your insurance.
Customer deliveries
A car arriving on the back of a truck reads differently to one that has just been driven over. For a retail handover, particularly on a prestige or performance car, presentation is part of the sale.
We can deliver to a customer address and handle the vehicle as the last stage of your sale rather than an afterthought.
Common questions
Do you work on account for dealers?
Get in touch about regular work and we will talk through arrangements that suit the volume you move.
Can you deliver outside Essex?
Yes. We travel nationwide for collections, deliveries and dealer movements by arrangement.
Can you collect a part-exchange that does not run?
Yes, that is standard work. A non-running part-exchange is winched onto the flatbed.
